It is your role as its "parent" to nurture it and help it develop into a mature, healthy, self-reliant "adult."

You must establish the rules of the house, communicate and model the values, and set into place the routines that enable the "family" to function effectively.

You must create an environment of love, joy, purpose, and trust that supports creative expression and personal growth.

Ultimately, your business must be able to stand on its own two feet without your support. And perhaps, even replicate itself!
