I'm Kathleen, your Business Coach, and I want to welcome you to The Fearless Climb! 

I have been an entrepreneur since 2002 when I quit my job to build my own QuickBooks consulting firm from scratch while raising my two children.

Like most service-based business owners, I started off doing all the work by myself. It wasn't long before I realized I was still trading my time for money. I couldn't take a day off or I lost income. I couldn't take on any more clients because I hit my limit of energy and availability. The grind was wearing me down and burning me out. I had to figure out how to scale my business and get some help!

But I didn't know how to do it, so I lost a lot of time and revenue in the process of learning the lessons the hard way...through trial and error. Eventually, I was able to successfully scale my business and even sell it to another consultant!

So now, I help other service-based entrepreneurs, like you, get the results they want more quickly. I coach and train them on the key business strategies and systems to build and grow a business that makes money for them even when they aren't working!

It is my mission to guide and support service-based business owners on their Fearless Climb from solopreneurship to entrepreneurship.

I have a degree in Business Finance, am an Accredited Small Business Consultant, and a Certified High Performance Coach. I have been trained by the top leadership and marketing gurus, including Brendon Burchard, Donald Miller, Dean Graziosi, and Russell Brunson.

I wrote a book on leadership skills called, "Grow a Pair of Antlers: The Fearless Climb to Lead Your Herd" (available on Amazon.com or in my Business Resource Center.
